Sofia Silva is the founder of Indrant, a healthtech company building the patient interaction layer for European clinics. Indrant's AI voice system answers inbound calls, books and reschedules appointments, manages waitlists and sends reminders — 24/7, in Dutch and European Portuguese — so clinic staff are freed from the phone and patients reach care without waiting on hold. Every unanswered call is a patient who doesn't get seen, and a booking the clinic never knows it lost. GDPR and EU AI Act compliance are built into the architecture rather than added afterwards. Sofia leads commercial strategy and client experience, drawing on a product background at Levity, adidas, Philips and Backbase, and holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School.
