Hee Baek

I'm a founder of OW Care, a care navigation platform focused on improving access to local and alternative care. My work is shaped by lived experience as a patient across countries and professional experience inside healthcare systems, where I saw how often people struggle to find the right care despite the presence of many capable providers and available community-level resources. Drawing from my own experience as a patient, I aim to help others find the care they want and need with greater clarity and less complexity.
