What is our business model?
The myHealth business model is to allow healthcare consumers to benefit from the value of their personal health data. The
platform empowers consumers to trade personal data for benefits by providing anonymous access to specific parts of their
data to selected parties. All data sharing is anonymous and strictly “opt ‐in”. Aggregated health data is extremely valuable
for companies because it directly reflects the users lifestyle, diet, injury‐ & health recovery, fitness, sport and nutrition.
For the consumer, the myHealth product is an application (“app”) available as a web download for all mobile devices. The
app is connected to peripheral (wearable) health, wellness, and sport devices alongside nutrition information services.
Furthermore, it offers a safe platform for people to share health experiences, learn from others and find an appropriate
support community. The app is free for consumers that allow advertisements. For a small annual fee consumers upgrade
their account to an add‐free, skinnable "Pro" version.
For care providers and commercial parties, myHealth sells subscription licenses to the international food & nutrition, sports
& leisure, healthcare, wellbeing and medical markets. These parties can build health agents to be offered to the consumers
and express their interest to receive parts of the users aggregated anonymised data.
For hospitals, medical centers, and research institutions, this can offer valuable insight on patient coping mechanisms and
strategies; all of which demonstrates the impact of myHealth on personalized health status and government disease
management.
Furthermore the users of the app continuously add to a data‐set that offers value by promoting improvements in the
delivery of care and, in greater clinical research, a broader and more complete condition response understanding.
