Probleemstelling

Wellbeing screening faces several challenges on todays market:
• Diagnostic Availability: struggle to provide with timely appointments (a median queue for a slot can reach 3-16
months in Europe).
• Physical proximity: lack of geographical proximity to medical healthcare.
• Stressful diagnostic environment: distraction and discomfort affects diagnostic credibility.
• Accuracy: screening takes place only once at the specialist's office, which may compromise the quality of the
data collected.

Oplossing

• Saving time: skipping queues for the first screening.
• Households support: those with limited mobility/without a specialist next door can now reach the GP even if he
is in another city/region.
• Optimizing the queues: the specialists receive pre-screening information that they usually lack, and can offer
help to more people.
• Accuracy: screening can be conducted in various locations and during different activities, which enriches the
data collected from users and helps to react accordingly.

VWS-missies

While early vulnerable condition identification improves long-term outcomes, currently screening process can take months due to waiting and processing times. We have developed a methodology that combines a simple casual game with AI infrastructure for mental state screening. The application analyzes data, assesses and monitors symptoms, and offers help if needed. Our solution grants instant access to health services, empowering them with timely support.

With our application we contribute to affordable, accessible and high-quality care, offering our input in the development of the Dutch innovation ecosystem. Our mission is to provide everyone in need with timely support and offer them a better quality of life.

Our product helps to drastically reduce the time for the waiting-lines, and the slot needed for each separate patient in the GP's schedule becomes smaller. This way we reduce the cost for both the specialist and the client while also speeding up the screening process.

Despite our main costs being salaries and investment in clinical research, we aim to provide the clients with the best and affordable product on the market. Our business model revolves around offering licenses for our product on a subscription basis, where clients pay annually for the right to use our software/service with a specified number of users. This approach allows clients to access our product while providing us with recurring revenue streams. Concurrentie

There are several companies offering ADHD therapy. Regarding ADHD Screening the tests have become overwhelmingly popular, however screening through game mechanics, that can suit kids, has not been introduced yet. As one of our chief competitors we can single out MIGHTIER. However, they are currently also focusing on treatment, not screening.

Beschrijving pilotfase

Questionnaires for parents and behavior specialists. 1500 - questionnaire (1400 parents, 100 specialists), 25 children - focus group in alpha testing.

Pilot focus groups carried out for limited amount of audience: 1 - ADHD diagnosed children. 2 - ADHD undiagnosed. 3 - mixed group.

Our behavior analyst tested the application on the focus-groups after working with every child personally to prove the diagnosis. Our application mounted 84% accuracy during the pilot launch. We also gathered the necessary information for further progress and app modifications.

After the third focus group we are sitting at 89% of accuracy.

During the focus groups performance we:

- Interviewed: 300 customers
- Interviewed: 25 GPs
- Screened: 250 children
- Gathered hours played: 250

Implementatiestrategie

Regarding our B2B and B2B2C sales structure, we are planing partnerships with HMOs, KinderGardens, Elementary schools, Private schools, GPs, Private specialists and Carehomes. We are planning to develop our own ecosystem with a unique and versatile screening application for the end user, and a web-based service as the reporting tool for the specialists.
