Finding the right FitnessTrainer or PhysioTherapist can be a problem by itself but also having the full attention and supervision of these professionals can be a bigger problem.
PhysioTherapy and personal training are activities that require the physical presence of the Physiotherapist or trainer in order to be carried out effectively. Personal experience has shown that the number of therapy or training sessions are often not enough due to time availability and expense. This could lead to the patient being unsupervised when carrying out prescribed exercises or not carrying out the exercises at all. The result is a demotivated uncured patient and inefficient administration of care.
